Who doesn’t love an open faced salmon smothered bagel?? Well, I’m addicted! Rachel’s is roughly 25 minutes from the house and I make the drive every few weeks to sink my teeth into this crazy good breakfast treat.

I wish I could tell you that I’ve tried most things on the menu but the fact is, I just can’t get enough of my fav item above. The staff are super friendly and your food is prepared FAST. This is a gem you must try.
